Known as OLH, the campus is a private college preparatory high school located on 86 acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country on the outskirts of Kerrville. Total enrollment for grades 9-12 is approximately 110 students, with a 2016 class size of 23. Our Lady of the Hills High School is accredited through the Archdiocese of San Antonio, the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED), and the Southern Association of Secondary Schools. 98% of our graduates since 2005 have been accepted to a four-year university.
With a student body composed of varied ethnic, religious and financial backgrounds, the school reflects the diverse population of the Texas Hill Country. The curriculum and extra-curricular activities are rooted in the traditions of the Jesuit and Dominican religious orders, and based on their philosophies of education and service to others. OLH is committed to assist students to become mature in their faith, to become critical thinkers and to challenge each student to develop his or her talents to the fullest.
OLH’s enrollment continues to grow with each new academic year. Students come from the cities of Boerne, Center Point, Comfort, Fredericksburg, Harper, Hunt, Ingram,Kerrville, Medina and Mountain Home.
Kerrville, a small town of approximately 22,000 people is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, which is the southwest central area of the state. It is 64 miles northwest of San Antonio. Cultural and environmental conditions create a heavy emphasis on education and strong work ethics. The majority of students continue thier education into post-secondary endeavors.
